The Fair Chance Illinois Campaign was established by United Congress in January of 2016 to develop a racial equity model that provides a fair chance for communities of color to reach their fullest potential. In this campaign we are addressing systemic issues and racial inequities that lead to the mass criminalization of poverty stricken communities through organized actions and advocacy work in local and statewide legislation.
